If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. After this period, payments are non-refundable.

2. Eligibility

Refunds apply only to first-time subscribers and one-time credit purchases under 25% used. Renewals and upgrades are not eligible for refunds.

3. How to Request

Email insitems.ai@gmail.com from your account email with your order ID and a brief reason. We typically respond within 2 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
